Summary
We are seeking passionate, ambitious and motivated individuals to join our data and exams team as Data and Exams Administrators. The successful candidates will provide proactive, customer-focused and highly professional administrative support, contributing to the smooth and effective operation of the school.
This role will play a key part in supporting the management, accuracy and integrity of student data, as well as the efficient administration of internal and external examinations. The post holder will ensure that all examinations are conducted in accordance with regulations and that student data is maintained to a high standard, supporting both operational and strategic decision-making across the College.
Start Date: 25 August 2026Term: Fixed-term for one academic year, from 25 August 2026 to mid-July 2027. (You are required to complete a 26 working week probationary period before the temporary appointment can be confirmed.)Hours: 37 hours per week / 38 weeks (Term time + 3 training days)
Working Day: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday - 8:00am to 3:30pm (times are not negotiable)Grade: LG Grade 3, SCP 5-6 (Generic job description E9009B)

In particular, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate:Experience of working in an administrative environment, ideally within a school setting
Strong IT and data management skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to maintain accurate digital records
Experience of, or the ability to quickly learn, Management Information Systems such as SIMS
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical and accurate approach to data handling and record keeping
The ability to always maintain confidentiality and work in accordance with GDPR and data protection legislation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, students, parents and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
A calm, professional approach with the ability to work under pressure, particularly during busy exam periods
