Summary
Clinical Admin Team Member The following are the core responsibilities of an Administrator in our Clinical Admin Team. There may be, on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks. This will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels. a. Actioning all incoming email b. Processing referrals using the electronic referral system (ERS) c. Liaising with external agencies such as hospitals and community services, ensuring referrals are processed efficiently. d. Managing all enquiries in an effective manner e. Assisting the Operations Manager in dealing with any complaints received f. Scanning of patient related documentation and attaching scanned documents to patients healthcare records g. Inputting data into the patients healthcare records as necessary h. Processing requests for information i.e., SAR, insurance/solicitors letters and DVLA forms i. Answering incoming phone calls, transferring calls or dealing with the callers request appropriately j. Producing letters, reports and associated documentation as required k. Managing all administrative queries as necessary l. Maintaining a clean, tidy, effective working area at all times m. Supporting all clinical staff with general administrative tasks as requested
