Summary
Location: Gravesend, Kent Salary: £12.50 - £14.50 per hour (depending on experience) Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time / Bank Shifts: Days, Evenings, Weekends, Sleep-ins and Bank Holidays

The Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated support workers to join our growing team in Gravesend, Kent.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
Support daily living skills including cooking, cleaning, budgeting and shopping.
Promote independence and social inclusion. Support attendance at appointments, education, employment and activities.
Maintain accurate records and support plans. Administer or assist with medication.
Support individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Safeguard vulnerable adults. Participate in key working sessions.
Work collaboratively with families and professionals.
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year's experience in health & social care or supported accommodation. Understanding of safeguarding principles.
Experience supporting autism, learning disabilities or mental health needs.
Excellent communication skills. Ability to maintain professional boundaries.
Good IT and record-keeping skills.
Flexible approach to working hours.
Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
