Summary

Help get better trained people to the front line faster

Your role will be to deliver high quality training support (demonstration/role play/simulator control/equipment support and maintenance) to specific courses assigned to use the appropriate equipment.

This role would be ideally suited to someone who has a interest in gaming (not essential)

The role will be based onsite at HMS Raleigh, Torpoint - there will be a need to work 4pm to 10pm (backshift) 4 weeks out of 16 each term - backshift Is Monday to Thursday.

This role is 2 year fixed-term Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week - 2 year Fixed-term contract

HMS Raleigh - Torpoint

Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

What you'll be doing:

• Working as part of a team supporting instructors with simulator training
• Setting up the simulator training
• Briefing the students on what needs done
• Altering any simulator courses (increase/decrease speed/depth etc)
• Operating the simulators

What we're looking for:

• Good IT Skills - MS Office with the ability to understand and navigate new technologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Any experience within Royal Navy would be beneficial.
• Must be able to be cleared to UK SC Level
• Adaptable to change
• Ability to 4pm to 10pm 3 or 4 weeks every term (16 weeks)
