We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute **Commercial Sales Estate Agent** to lead property sales and acquisitions across our expanding portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine market insight with persuasive communication to drive transactions, build client trust, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, list, and market commercial properties for sale or lease
- Conduct valuations, viewings, and negotiations with prospective buyers and tenants
- Prepare and review property documentation, ensuring legal and regulatory accuracy
- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and financial institutions to progress deals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity
- Advise clients on pricing strategies, investment potential, and legal obligations
- Ensure all listings meet advertising standards and reflect the company’s professionalism
- Support internal teams with property-related documentation and strategic insights
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
- Proven experience in commercial property sales or estate agency
- Strong understanding of property law, valuation methods, and market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple listings and client relationships simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms
- RICS or NAEA qualification (preferred but not essential)
