Summary
Our company is a rapidly growing production and distributions business with a strong emphasis on sustainability and we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, keen to be involved, confident individual to join our team.
We’re seeking a creative and organised Digital Marketing Apprentice who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. You’ll support a wide range of marketing activities including content creation, social media, website updates, market research, and campaign support, while developing valuable industry skills along the way.
No two days are the same. One day you might be writing content for blogs and social media, the next you could be assisting with a product launch campaign, updating website content, or creating graphics for marketing materials. You’ll gain practical experience across multiple areas of marketing while learning from an experienced team.

A Typical Day in the Job:
• Copywriting for blogs, product spec sheets, social media content, and marketing materials
• Supporting social media content creation and management across various platforms
• Assisting with website updates and content management (no coding experience required)
• Supporting marketing campaigns and new product launches
• Conducting market and competitor research to support marketing strategy
• Assisting with data analytics and reporting on campaign performance
• Creating basic graphic design assets for digital marketing activity
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Communicating regularly with the wider marketing and sales teams
• Supporting the planning and coordination of marketing activities and promotions
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and technology
• Good written communication and copywriting skills
• Basic understanding of computers and digital platforms
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is beneficial
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Any previous work experience, university experience, personal projects, or portfolio work would be advantageous
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
• Grade 5/C in Maths GCSE and Grade 4/C in English GCSE
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
• Salary: £16,640-£18,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Working hours between 9:00am – 5:30pm
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
