Summary
We are seeking an experienced registered manager or deputy manager looking to progress, to become the registered manager for an OFSTED rated Good LD Children's Home. If successful, you will be working as part of a stable and strong team providing support to children. This is an opportunity to join a supportive employer with opportunities to progress and grow.

Roles and responsibilities:
* Ensure the home remains compliant with all relevant legislation, Children’s Homes Regulations, and Ofsted Quality Standards
* Provide strong leadership to maintain a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people
* Lead, supervise, and develop the existing residential care team
* Promote and embed safeguarding practices across the service
* Oversee care planning, risk management, and positive outcomes for young people
* Maintain high standards of recording, reporting, and operational practice
* Monitor and improve service quality, ensuring readiness for Ofsted inspections
* Build positive relationships with placing authorities, external professionals, and families
* Drive the home towards achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
