Summary

Gas Engineer | Newcastle Area (45-minute radius) | Full Time | 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday | £42,000 starting salary (review at 6 months) – up to £50,000

As a Gas Safe registered business accredited with leading boiler manufacturers, they deliver everything from everyday plumbing work through to complex heating installations — always maintaining high standards.

What will your role look like?

• Working across client sites around Newcastle and the surrounding area
• Installing, servicing and repairing domestic gas boilers and heating systems
• Completing general plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Supporting first- and second-fix bathroom installations
• Assisting with larger projects such as new builds and plant room installations
• Moving between several jobs per day in a fast-paced environment
• Representing the business with excellent customer service and professionalism

Are you the right person for the job?

You’ll be reliable, have a strong work ethic and enjoy being part of a team that genuinely cares. You’ll take pride in your work and consistently deliver excellent customer service.

You should be:

• Experienced in domestic gas installation, servicing and repairs
• Skilled in general plumbing with strong fault-finding ability
• Have 5+ years’ post-apprenticeship experience
• Qualified with CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Professional, punctual and presentable
• Able to manage your day efficiently while working across multiple jobs
• A good communicator and strong team player
• Preferred: CSCS card
