Are you a confident HR professional who thrives on leading change and partnering with operational teams? We’re looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join us for a 6-month fixed-term project role, supporting our Care Operations Services.

This is a hands-on, impactful role where you’ll work closely with managers to deliver key people projects that shape how we operate and support our teams.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take the lead on a range of business-critical projects, including:

Delivering a programme of working time and rota changes
Supporting organisational restructures
Managing TUPE transfers
Working directly with managers and supporting them through projects to meet business needs
Day to Day interactions with mangers and staff to support in all areas of people management
From initial planning through to consultation and implementation, you’ll own the process end-to-end—ensuring fair, compliant, and effective outcomes.

Beyond project work, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic, commercially focused people support across day-to-day HR matters.

About the role

You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking People Team, playing a key role in strengthening the organisation by helping us attract, retain, and develop talented people who deliver exceptional services.

Proven experience coaching managers, supporting the leadership team and leading complex casework
Strong knowledge of employment law
Experience in large, multi-site organisations
Ideally, exposure to regulated environments (e.g. CQC, Ofsted)
CIPD qualification and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
Flexibility to travel across the UK as needed
You’re collaborative, decisive, and calm under pressure—someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

What we offer

Comprehensive training and development
Holiday pay equivalent to 12.07% of hours worked (up to 5.6 weeks per year)
Pension scheme
Access to our Employee Assistance Programme
