We are currently recruiting for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary school based in Stratford for a September start.

The Role:
- Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher
- Delivering pre-planned work across a range of subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour and keeping pupils focused
- Supporting students with learning tasks and classroom expectations
- Reporting progress, behaviour, and any issues back to teaching staff
- Helping maintain a positive and structured learning environment
- Supporting the wider school where required

- Have previous experience working with young people
- Be confident leading a classroom
- Have strong behaviour management skills

- Have excellent communication and organisation skills
