Summary
The post holder will work within North Tyneside Specialist Community Psychology Service. The service is a specialist NHS primary care psychology service providing a range of psychological interventions for people living in North Tyneside who are experiencing mental health difficulties. The post holder will provide therapy interventions to patients with a range of complex mental health disorders and provide clinical supervision to other Clinical/Counselling Psychologists and Psychological Therapists. To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape thecreation of a collective leadership culture within the trust. This means demonstrating a consistent leadership style which (a) engages, enables and empowers others (b) uses coaching to promote ownership of learning and quality improvement and (c) facilitates team working and collaboration within teams / departments and across organisational boundaries.
