Summary
Bodmin Town Council is seeking an organised, proactive and confident Project Officer to support the delivery of a range of projects and regeneration programmes across the Council’s open spaces, parks, cemeteries and property/estates portfolio.
The successful candidate will help coordinate project planning, maintain accurate project documentation, monitor progress against key milestones, support project reporting, organise meetings, track actions, and work closely with internal teams, elected members, contractors and community stakeholders.
This role would suit someone with experience in project management or project support, strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and confidence using Microsoft Office and project tracking systems. Experience within the public sector or local government, along with knowledge of PRINCE2 or Microsoft Project, would be advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of important local projects and community assets for Bodmin.
