Role Overview
We are looking for confident and professional Door Supervisors to join our security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety at the venue, managing entry procedures, and ensuring guests have a secure and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Control entry and exit points of the venue
Carry out ID checks, bag searches, and access control procedures
Monitor guest behaviour and respond to incidents professionally
Assist with queue management and crowd control
De-escalate conflicts and remove disruptive individuals when required
Conduct regular patrols inside and outside the venue
Work closely with venue management and event staff
Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety procedures
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements
Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Previous experience in nightlife or event security preferred
Strong communication and conflict-management skills
Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
