- Basic salary of £21,000 per annum, with uncapped commission potential and on-target earnings exceeding £45,000 annually

Duties of the Motorcycle Sales Executive:
- Present and sell new and used motorcycles, accessories, finance, insurance, and warranties to meet and exceed sales targets
- Keep customers informed of order progress and advise on any delays
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
- Collect payments and conduct financial transactions securely
- Educate customers about warranties, service plans, and additional accessories
- Introduce clients to the Aftersales Department and demonstrate bike features as a Motorcycle Sales Executive
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and promote repeat business
- Support the dealership's representation of a respected motorcycle brand
Requirements:
- Proven experience in vehicle sales or customer service, ideally within the automotive or motorcycle sector
- Passion for motorcycles and all things two wheels
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a customer-focused attitude
- A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is desirable but not essential
- Drive and enthusiasm to succeed in a competitive sales environment
