We are seeking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual to join the LCS team as a Pastoral Support Manager. As our Pastoral Support Manager, you will be at the heart of transforming lives, leading targeted support for students facing social, emotional, and behavioural challenges and helping them re-engage with learning. This is a pivotal role combining hands-on intervention, team leadership, and strong partnership working with staff, families, and external agencies. If you are passionate about inclusion, resilience, and unlocking every student’s potential, this is your opportunity to shape positive outcomes and drive lasting change across our school community.
