We are currently supporting a well established college in South Yorkshire who are seeking a Lecturer in Catering & Hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional or chef looking to move into education.
Duties will include:
We are currently supporting a well established college in South Yorkshire who are seeking a Lecturer in Catering & Hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional or chef looking to move into education.
Duties will include:
- Delivering practical and theory sessions across Catering & Hospitality
- Supporting learners working towards vocational qualifications
- Contributing to menu planning, costing and operational delivery within the restaurant
- Working with FOH to provide students with a realistic environment
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as a Professional Chef within a busy hospitality environment
- Experience delivering training, mentoring or teaching within education or industry
- L3 Hospitality/Catering Qualification
- Knowledge of FE curriculum and assessment
