Summary
Connect Appointments is recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers for ongoing work with an established waste management business based in Drax, Selby - with immediate starts available.
What's on offer?
- Ongoing temporary position
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm - 40 paid hours per week @ £13.71 p/hour
- Sunday, 6am to 6pm - 11.5 paid hours at double time
As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, your duties will include:
- Operating a diesel Counterbalance forklift truck (up to 3,500kg) safely within a busy waste management environment
- Emptying 1,100 litre bins using the forklift and box van with tail lift
- Supporting general waste management duties across the site
- Adhering to all health and safety standards throughout the shift
To be considered as an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will need:
- A valid Counterbalance forklift licence - diesel FLT experience essential
- Access to own transport due to the location of the site
- A reliable, safety-focused approach to work
