Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Care Manager to join our growing domiciliary care company, supporting clients across the Cheltenham and Tewkesbury areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support the care team to deliver exceptional home care services
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
• Complete care assessments, reviews, and risk assessments
• Manage staff rotas, supervisions, and ongoing development
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare partners
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of care staff
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the care sector
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred or willingness to work towards it)
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and domiciliary care standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• On-call availability
