We are seeking a highly effective and adaptable practitioner who is able to work within a well-established, enthusiastic and creative team on providing the best for all our children. The successful candidate will have secure and confident understanding of how to develop the effective teaching of strong foundations. This includes early reading, effective teaching of Phonics and early Maths. They will be able to provide both play-based and more structured learning opportunities according to need and interest in developing this approach further,
Key responsibilities include:
Planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of all pupils.
Creating a positive, inclusive, and enabling classroom environment.
Supporting children’s personal, social, emotional, and academic development.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
Maintaining accurate observations and records to track progress.
Ensuring safeguarding, welfare, and wellbeing remain at the centre of practice.
