Summary
Francis Askew are seeking to appoint a part time Teaching Assistant Level 3. The successfully candidate will be a friendly and reliable team member with an interest in working with children in a busy large primary school. You will have a warm personality, be able to stay calm under pressure and demonstrate good interpersonal skills with children and adults.
Salary: Grade 6, Point 14 £29,540 - £32,061 pro rata for 2 days per week, 6 hours and 30 minutes per day (days negotiable) with a 30 min lunch break.

The Right candidate will have: A proven ability to work on their own initiative , an ability to work well as part of a team, a high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults. A commitment to the happiness, well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school. Experience of working within a similar role and the ability to understand key policies e.g. Child Protection and Behaviour Management.
