We are seeking to appoint a skilled and organised Data & Systems Administrator to join our professional and highly committed support staff team. This is a new role, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued development of data systems across the school.
The Role
You will play a key role in maintaining and administering the school’s management information systems, ensuring accurate and timely data to support student progress and whole-school decision-making.
The role includes:
• Managing and maintaining systems such as Arbor, 4Matrix and ALPS
• Producing and analysing assessment, attendance and behaviour data
• Supporting the reporting cycle, including interim and summative reports
• Providing clear data analysis for senior leaders, subject leaders and governors
• Supporting staff in the use of data systems and developing effective tracking processes
You
Our ideal candidate will:
• Have experience in a data, MIS or similar administrative role
• Be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Have strong IT and numeracy skills, including Excel
• Be able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
• Be a proactive team player with strong communication skills
Experience of working in a school environment or with Arbor/MIS systems would be an advantage, but is not essential.
