Summary

Level 3 Room Leader | £31,500 | 40 Hours per Week

This role is perfect experienced and senior early years - You will be a senior presence on the floor, helping to maintain high standards of care and education, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with EYFS and safeguarding requirements.



What We're Looking For:



  • Level 3 Early Years qualification – Essential

  • Proven experience in a room leader, senior practitioner, or key person role within an EYFS setting

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, and safeguarding

  • Confident communicator with families and wider childcare teams

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding, child-centred care and education

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the daily running of your room, ensuring a high-quality EYFS learning environment

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework

  • Observe, assess, and track children's progress, keeping learning journeys up to date

  • Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and their families

  • Support, mentor, and role-model best practice for junior practitioners in your room

  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment at all times
