Summary
Governors are looking to appoint a Cover Co-ordinator (arranging cover for teacher absence) to join our friendly admin team. Previous experience of working in a similar role in a school, and/or working with Arbor or a similar MIS system,would be an advantage. However, full training will be provided.
Radyr is a popular, over-subscribed and expanding 11-18 mixed comprehensive school serving a suburban and semi-rural area. In recent years, 95% of Year 11 students have achieved five or more A*-C GCSE grades, and A Level pass rates have been in the 96-99% range with 58-69% of entries resulting in A* and B grades.
The school also takes great pride in its students’ involvement and performance in sport and the arts. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join an excellent team supporting teachers and students.
***This post is 37 hours per week, term time only and requires an early 7am start, with a 2.55pm finish. However, reduced hours will be considered.***
