For questions about this job, contact: Name Lauren Sylvester Position Service Manager Email lauren.sylvester1@nhs.net What you will bring to the role As Performance and Development Manager for the CDC programme, you will: Lead performance reporting and monitoring across the CDC programme Support operational and strategic planning processes for CDC Coordinate and support performance Identify risks, trends and opportunities for service improvement Support the development of business cases and transformation projects Work collaboratively with General Managers, clinicians and corporate teams to deliver operational priorities in respect of the CDC Contribute to the delivery of national targets, governance standards and Trust objectives This is a full-time role and will be primarily office based with a requirement to work across other LTHT sites and the existing CDCs (Seacroft, Armley, Beeston) and will require an immediate start.
