Summary
Experienced Chef Assistant required for a busy buffet takeaway. Applicants must have proven experience preparing English, Chinese, Caribbean and Thai cuisine to a high standard. The role includes food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, assisting with stock control and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be reliable, organised and able to work well within a team. A good understanding of food safety regulations is essential.
