Pupils are encouraged to develop self-respect and a positive, responsible attitude towards life.The RoleYou will play an important part in supporting the smooth running of learning across the school by supervising pupils as they complete agreed activities and work programmes.Working under the guidance of teaching and senior staff, you will help maintain good order in the classroom, keep pupils focused on their learning and provide support where pupils need clarification or encouragement.
