Summary
Location: Mill Row 5/6, Alltwen, Pontardawe, SA8 3AD
Hours: Full time - 36 hours & part time - 30 hours per week. 8am - 9pm, 9pm - 8am. (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)
Pay: £13.45 per hour
UK driving license essential for this role

About the Service
Mill row 5 and 6 are supported living services supporting adults male and female with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, epilepsy and diabetes. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including volunteering, cinema, shopping and beauty appointments, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected. Previous experience in Care would be desirable for this role as it includes a lot of lone working.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, mental health, ABI, and dementia to live life their way.
You’ll:
Support independence and personal goals
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure
Entry Level – £13.45 per hour
You will have 6 months from starting the role to register for your Social Care Wales pin.
