We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Night Supervisor and help drive change across our friendly and hardworking department.

Working within the MSE Domestic Services Team, you will have the opportunity to implement improvements that will enhance our patients' experiences, inspire staff to be the best they can be and also have access to the best in class training in this field which will enable you to develop your skill-set.

If successful, you will become part of a hardworking, determined and forward thinking team, supporting in driving efficiencies across the trust within Domestic Services to ensure the best patient experience is provided at all times.

Shift pattern: Night Shifts

WE CURRENTLY HAVE 1 FULL TIME POSITION

FULL TIME IS 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK

Ensuring that cleaning duties and frequencies are carried out based on the 49 elements as specified by the National Specification for Cleanliness Standards (NSC).

Ensuring that their areas, wards and departments are ready to be audited at any time.

Participating in daily joint cleaning audits, ensuring all quality monitoring is conducted in line with Trust policy and ensuring rectification plans are completed in a timely manner.

Participating in a 7 day week management rota as scheduled and approved by management.

Understanding of Domestic Service Level Agreements between the Estates & Facilities Business unit, wards, departments and satellite buildings to ensure services are delivered accordingly and in a cost effective manner.
