Summary

What Were Looking For: The postholder will be educated to degree level or possess equivalent professional experience, supported by a relevant HR qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience, such as CIPD Level 3 or working towards. They will have experience of working within an HR, OD, Employee Relations, Recruitment or operational advisory environment, with a sound knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, processes and best practice. The role requires experience of providing advice and support to managers and staff, applying professional judgement appropriately and escalating matters where required. The individual will be confident in the use of HR and workforce systems, such as ESR, CRM or applicant tracking systems, and demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess information and determine appropriate courses of action. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment. The postholder will demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering work right first time. They will also show a clear commitment to highquality customer service and continuous improvement, contributing positively to service effectiveness and user experience. Desirable experience includes working within a healthcare or public sector environment, supporting system implementations or service improvement initiatives, and demonstrating competence in the safe and responsible use of AI. The ability to produce or support automated workflows to improve efficiency and consistency of delivery is also desirable. This role will be recruited via an in person assessment centre day which will take place between 0900 and 1700 on the 5th June 2026 in Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4AP.
