Temporary Assignment
Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to support a busy facilities management contract in Warrington.
This role would suit someone with strong administration, reporting and coordination experience, ideally within facilities management, property services or corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Improving and simplifying existing reports and reporting processes
Maintaining consistent reporting formats and identifying areas for improvement
Gathering reporting requirements from stakeholders and operational teams
Supporting implementation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools
Assisting with Power BI reporting and dashboard updates
Supporting users with reporting tools and basic system guidance
Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining up-to-date records
Reviewing operational data to support business decisions
Supporting KPI tracking, audits and compliance reporting
Assisting with day-to-day facilities coordination duties
Requirements:
Previous facilities coordination or administration experience preferred
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Experience with Power BI advantageous
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to analyse data and produce clear reports
Confident liaising with multiple stakeholders and operational teams
Additional Information:
40 hours per week
