What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting pupils in the classroom, in small groups, or one-to-one
- Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
What We’re Looking For- Experience working with children is desirable
- ALN experience is a bonus, but not essential
- A patient, caring, and positive attitude
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- No formal qualifications? Transferable skills and the right attitude are welcomed
