### What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum 6 months UK care/support work experience
✔ Full UK Driver’s License and access to your own car
✔ A compassionate and positive attitude
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔ A genuine passion for supporting others
### Your Role Will Include:
* Providing person-centred care and support
* Assisting with personal care including washing, dressing, and hygiene
* Supporting individuals with physical and learning disabilities
* Supporting service users with mental health needs
* Encouraging independence and supporting daily activities
* Building positive and trusting relationships with service users
* Managing challenging behaviour with patience and understanding
* Helping residents feel safe, comfortable, and at home
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment
