Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Based initially within our Chapter Two phase (Y1-4), this role is intended towork closely with class teachers and school leaders to deliver excellenteducation to our pupils. You will deliver whole class teaching to cover PPAand absences, working alongside the class teacher to ensure thecurriculum is well-taught, whilst overseeing and delivering high qualityinterventions to support children outside of direct teaching.
You will also line manage and develop the TA team, supporting colleaguesto grow in their knowledge and understanding of effective support for allchildren, especially those requiring additional support.
