Summary
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & DELIVERY Take responsibility for the project management, development and delivery of a portfolio of projects and workstreams across a range of areas Define project scope, objectives and resources with project leads, sponsors and key groups, including leading the development of business cases and project initiation documentation Develop and manage detailed project plans with project leads, identifying key deliverables and internal milestones, using Trust project management documentation and tools Ensure projects are monitored and delivered in line with targets set by Project Sponsors, the IT governance structure and Trust Board Regularly review project milestones to ensure delivery on time and within budget Identify and agree corrective actions with workstream leads and stakeholders where there are concerns about delivery Please see Job Description for more detail. {
