Summary
Leading UK Top 50 law firm seeks an organised, proactive Team Administrator to join its highly regarded Commercial Real Estate division. You will be part of one of the largest and most respected teams outside London, supporting lawyers on high‑profile property and development matters in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage incoming post, correspondence and legal documents: scanning, filing and organisation
Prepare, copy and process documentation; assist with deeds scheduling and document control
Draft attendance notes and support general legal administration
Help with client onboarding and identity checks
Handle internal and external calls professionally and efficiently
Provide administrative support to fee earners and team members
Support the existing administrator and cover duties to maintain service standards
Assist with workflow coordination and document management
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in an administrative or support role
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great time management, organisation and attention to detail
Proactive, flexible approach; able to prioritise and work calmly under pressure
Positive attitude and strong team ethic
Advantageous: experience in a law firm or professional services environment
