Are you passionate about supporting children and young people? Are you looking for additional flexible work alongside your current sponsored employment? Beloved Childcare in Northampton is seeking compassionate and reliable Children’s Residential Care Workers to support our homes on a part-time / bank basis.

About the Role:

We are looking for caring and emotionally resilient individuals who can work flexible additional hours across evenings, weekends, sleepovers, waking nights, and occasional day shifts.

As a Residential Care Worker, you will:

Support children and young people with Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD), emotional trauma, and challenging behaviours.

Help create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic home environment.

Engage children in activities and provide emotional and practical support.

Work collaboratively with the permanent care team to maintain consistent care and routines.

Follow safeguarding and care policies at all times.

Pay & Benefits:

From £12.71- £13.00 per hour, all pay rates are subject to compliance checks, experience, and terms & conditions.

Essential Requirements:

Currently residing in the UK with valid right to work.

Candidates on Skilled Worker Visa may apply if supplementary employment is permitted under current UKVI regulations.

Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in the UK.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to obtain satisfactory Enhanced DBS and references.
