In this role, you will inspire and motivate students aged 16–19 to achieve their full potential through high-quality teaching, well-structured lessons, and effective assessment practices. You will plan and deliver engaging schemes of work across the Law curriculum, track student progress rigorously, and provide targeted support to ensure all learners succeed. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will contribute to a culture of high expectations, outstanding teaching, and continuous improvement, while also playing an active role in curriculum development and enrichment activities linked to the legal profession and wider justice system.
The successful candidate will be a committed and reflective practitioner with strong subject knowledge in Law and a passion for post-16 education. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to use data to inform teaching and learning, and a commitment to supporting students of all abilities.
