Summary
Our client, a leading education provider in Leeds, West Yorkshire, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join their dynamic team. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will be a key member of our client's team, working collaboratively with teachers, counsellors, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored behaviour intervention plans. In this role, you will be expected to work closely with our client's teaching staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a consistent approach to behaviour management across the school. You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records, communicating regularly with parents and carers, and collaborating with external agencies as needed.
The salary for this full-time Behaviour Support Worker position ranges from £90 to £110 per day, depending on your qualifications and experience. - A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children or young people in a Behaviour Support or similar role
