About the role: Prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals tailored to patients individual dietary needs Cook and serve healthy meals for staff, patients families, and visitors in our on-site cafe Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Oversee the safe use of kitchen equipment in line with hygiene standards Maintain high levels of cleanliness and ensure proper waste disposal Support our hospitality training programme by preparing food for courses Provide guidance and support to catering assistants and volunteers Manage stock levels and coordinate food orders with suppliers Deliver a professional, caring, and efficient service at all times
