You will bring strong project management skills, ideally supported by Prince2 experience or qualifications, alongside the ability to manage projects involving both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience of implementing new systems, supporting change management initiatives and delivering projects to agreed quality, timescales and budgets. You will demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and build effective working relationships. We are seeking someone with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, experience of developing and monitoring project plans, and a proactive approach to service improvement and innovation. A passion for improving patient care through the use of technology and digital transformation will be essential to success in this role.
