What you will bring to the role The successful candidate will lead the implementation of systems and processes to ensure the Trust meets its statutory duties in relation to patient, carer and public involvement within operational services delivered by the department They will supervise the patient, carer and public involvement team. The post holder is responsible for providing performance information, reports and assurance for Trust groups and relevant CQC indicators is provided in a timely manner. They will also lead on the design and delivery of training programmes and training sessions. The post holder will lead the implementation of the operational service improvement programmes and have direct contact with external stakeholders, patient, carer and public involvement forums. The successful candidate will also lead the production and co-ordination of complaint responses/meetings.
