About the Role

We are recruiting to our amazing Family Activity Base Team. This position will be based over 2 centres, The Cranworth Centre and Grafton House. We currently have two full time vacancies Monday to Friday and one 18.5-hour vacancy which will be around 2.00pm while 6.00pm Monday to Friday. We are looking for candidates who have a variety of skills and experience. Key is a commitment to working with families and professionals to achieve best outcomes for the children of Rotherham. In addition, the opportunities would offer helpful experience to anyone thinking of pursuing a career within children’s social care or studying to become a social worker.

About You

Main duties will include:

Communicating verbally with parents and carers to plan the sessions.

Observing and supervising Family Time sessions between children and family members.
