Summary
You will have a clinical commitment which will include OPD, theatre and on call commitments, with the intention of splitting your time between clinical (40%) and educational (60%) activity. Your educational commitment is likely to include: o Undertaking educational projects with the Surgical Division and College Tutors o Undertaking projects relating to technical skills simulation and multiprofessional simulation with the intention of achieving presentations at national conferences o Work with the consultant body to develop local faculty o Undertake teaching sessions for Foundation and Core trainees o Continue to organise virtual teaching and journal club sessions
