We’re currently looking for a compassionate and dependable Support Worker to join our dedicated team. If you’re someone who brings calmness and reassurance, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while providing care and support to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
Responding to any incidents or emergencies with confidence and care
Providing emotional support to clients who may be restless or anxious
Carrying out routine checks and light administrative tasks
Carry out cleaning duties across multiple residential and clinical sites.
Replenish supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Follow all health and safety and infection control procedures.
Maintaining a secure and calm environment in line with safeguarding policies
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a support or care setting (desirable but not essential)
A kind, empathetic, and patient nature
Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
A genuine interest in addiction recovery and helping others

The Recruitment Process:
You will have an initial phone conversation with the talent acquisition specialist, which will be an informal chat and opportunity to ask questions about the position
If you are successful in your initial phone conversation, you will be required to undertake an interview on-site or via video conference. (please note that if you have a video/in-person interview, you will be required to visit the centre at a later date for our 2nd stage interview)
