Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organised Personal Assistant to provide direct administrative and organisational support to the Director of an international engineering company based in Diss, Norfolk.
The role involves supporting the Director with daily business activities, including diary management, coordinating meetings, organising travel arrangements, handling correspondence and assisting with various administrative tasks.
The position also includes occasional international travel and interaction with international clients and business partners.
The successful candidate must be highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable working with confidential information.
Key requirements:
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work with confidential information and maintain discretion
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
Ability to work on-site in Diss, Norfolk
Valid documents allowing international travel are desirable
Business or administrative education is an advantage
