Summary
Multitrade Operative
We are a growing building and property maintenance company specialising in leak detection and repairs, alongside a wide range of general building and refurbishment works. We are looking for an experienced, reliable Multitrade Operative to join our team.
You will be working across residential and commercial properties carrying out leak detection and repair, general building works including plastering, tiling, brickwork and rendering, basic plumbing and drainage, first and second fix carpentry, and painting and decorating. You'll be expected to work independently, manage your time well, and represent the company professionally with every client.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3–5 years' experience across multiple trades, a full UK driving licence, own tools, and a genuine pride in their work. Experience with leak detection and water ingress is a strong advantage. A CSCS card and relevant trade qualifications are desirable but not essential.
