A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at this fantastic luxury Hotel in Hampshire for an experienced Chef de Partie. The role is close to major towns such as Basingstoke & Farnborough but is in a beautiful countryside location. As part of a talented brigade you will be serving all fresh locally sourced food of a high quality under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef.

The Role
• Working in the 5* kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
• Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service
• Strong Management skills
The Person
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Have experience of working with all fresh food in a luxury hotel or high end restaurant kitchen
• Good attention to detail
