A supportive and inclusive school in Gorton is looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping pupils thrive both academically and socially within the classroom environment.
- Providing tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN needs
- Supporting children on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
- Helping pupils develop confidence, communication, and social skills
- Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
- Creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
- Patient, caring, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing
- Relevant TA qualification or school-based experience desirable
- Competitive daily pay of £102 - £115 per day
- Full-time hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Long-term role until the end of the academic year
