We're recruiting compassionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants for permanent roles across specialist and mainstream schools in Leeds.

These schools are looking for people who can bring patience, structure, kindness, and a calm approach into the classroom.
- Supporting pupils with additional needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs
- Working 1:1 and in small groups
- Supporting emotional regulation and classroom engagement
- Building trusting relationships with pupils and staff
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
- A calm and positive approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Team Teach or Thrive training is helpful, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
