- Provide personalised support for pupils with special educational needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers to support the planning and delivery of inclusive learning activities
- Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions to reinforce key learning objectives
- Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence within the classroom
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment
- Maintain accurate records to support the monitoring of student progress
- Participate in staff meetings and relevant professional development opportunities
- A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience supporting pupils with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs
- A flexible, proactive, and solution-focused approach
- Safeguarding training and a valid Enhanced DBS check
